About SIRISH Scholarship
The Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare, Assam implements various welfare schemes for the Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities. These schemes include scholarships, coaching, skill development, and financial assistance for self-employment and SHGs.

List of SIRISH Schemes 2025
- Pre-Matric Scholarship: For Class IX and X students | ₹3,000
Apply from 1 June to 16 July 2025 - Post-Matric Scholarship: For Class XI, XII, and Bachelor's Degree students | ₹5,000–₹7,000
Dates: To be announced - Simon Sing Horo Special Post Matric Scholarship: For HSLC/HSSLC passed students | ₹10,000 one-time incentive
Apply from 1 June to 16 July 2025 - Financial Assistance for Higher Studies: For MBBS, MBA, Engineering, Law, and other technical/professional courses | ₹25,000–₹35,000
- Financial Assistance for ANM/GNM/Technical Courses: For ANM, GNM, Para-Medical, and other diploma/degree courses (min 1 year) | ₹4,000–₹20,000
- Coaching for Higher Studies: Free coaching for Civil Services, Medical, Engineering, SSC, Banking, etc.
- Grants to Women SHGs: For women's Self Help Groups to support income generation | ₹25,000
- Swahid Dayal Das Panika Swaniyojan Achoni: Self-employment assistance for youth | ₹25,000
