About ITI Assam Admission 2025
The Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training (DECT), Assam invites online applications for admission to various NCVT and SCVT trade courses under the Craftsman Training Scheme for the 2025–26 academic session.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Class 10th pass or equivalent.
- Minimum Age: 14 years as of 1st July 2025.

ITI Admission Fees
NCVT & SCVT Trades
- Tuition Fees: Rs.600/year
- Caution Money: Rs.250 (Refundable)
- Registration Fee: Rs.25
- Medical Exam Fee: Rs.25
- Union Fees: Rs.175 (1 Year) / Rs.350 (2 Years)
- Hostel Charges (if applicable): Rs.50
SCVT under IMC Courses
- Non-Engineering: Rs.15,000/year
- Engineering: Rs.16,500 (1 Year) / Rs.33,000 (2 Years)
Note: Tuition fee waived for BPL candidates (except SCVT under IMC).
Counselling Process
After registration, candidates must undergo e-counselling involving document verification, choice filling, and seat allotment. Based on merit and preferences, seats will be allotted and candidates must confirm admission by paying fees and submitting documents.
