Any student who has completed a UG, PG, MPhil, PhD, or DSc/DLitt course from Gauhati University is eligible to apply for a certificate.

✅ Step 1: Register a New Account

Go to the GU Certificate Portal.
Create a new account (this is different from your academic account).
Upload your photo, signature, ID proof, and registration certificate.

📌 You’ll receive a Registration ID starting with “GRD” — make sure to save it!

✅ Step 2: Login & Begin Application

Log in using your GRD ID and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
Open the form link again and start filling out your application.

✅ Step 3: Fill in Document Details

Select the certificate type (Original or Provisional).
Enter course name, GU Roll No., year of passing, and college name.

✅ Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Upload scanned copies of mark sheets, registration certificate, admit cards, etc.
Ensure all files are under 100KB and clearly scanned.

✅ Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

Use online payment gateways to pay the required fee.
After successful payment, download the acknowledgment receipt.
